Dear Parents/Guardians:
Welcome to Henry W. Mack/West Little River. I am proud to have become the principal of a winning team. Our staff members are preparing diligently to offer students the best education while promoting global literacy. Students at Dr. Henry W. Mack/West Little River School will be exposed to highly trained, energetic teachers and will always be challenged, nurtured, and inspired. Our curriculum will be rigorous and structured so that every child will be prepared to compete in a global society. Our programs will prepare our students for their future educational endeavors. In order to achieve our goal of educating everyone to their fullest potential we need to count on you, parents. You are our children’s first teachers. Therefore, we need to develop a partnership that will allow us to nurture a true family atmosphere. For this reason, we have made parents and community an integral part of the school. I will work with you and the faculty to ensure that communication is ongoing and that as we work together to meet our students’ needs we are building the trust needed to ensure our student’s success. In an effort to keep you inform at all times, each month a parent newsletter will be sent home with your child. I look forward to working with you and your child.
