Ms. Howard states that teaching should be the most respected profession.
She is proud to claim teaching as her profession. Teachers lay the foundation
in the tender minds of tomorrows leaders. There is no other higher social function
than respecting, teaching and loving children, while helping each of them reach
their highest potential. Teachers are vital to society. Ms. howard also states, a good
teacher is motivational, flexible accommodating and sympathetic. She believes she is
an asset to any school or student because she is a hard worker, a team player and eager
to try new and innovative ideas. She says that as a teacher, she is a manager that set good
examples of skills, attitude and leadership. Therefore, she sets attainable goals, rewards
and consequences for the followers
